How do you make Cookie Monster Fudge?
This is an easy recipe. You’ll need white chocolate chips, blue Funfetti frosting, little candy eyeballs, and chocolate chip cookies. If you want the fudge to be bluer than it comes out, you’ll also want to add a few drops of blue food coloring.
![Ingredients for Cookie Monster Fudge](https://thetiptoefairy.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/cookie-monster-fudge-ingredients-2-683x1024.png)
First, you’ll want to chop the cookies into small pieces. Or, you can use whole mini chocolate chip cookies.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with 2 strips of parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and completely melted.
Stir in the icing until smooth.

If you want the color to be bluer than it turns out, add a few drops of blue food coloring until you achieve the color desired. This step is optional and isn’t necessary unless you want a darker blue fudge than achieved with just using the frosting.
Gently fold in most of the cookies and some of the candy eyes. Leave about 6-7 sets of eyes and 6-7 pieces of cookies aside for toppings.
Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth with a spatula.
Place sets of eyeballs and some cookie pieces on top of the fudge. Gently press down.

When it’s hardened, slice into 1 inch pieces.
Store any leftovers in the fridge.
