What kind of pan do you cook this cookie pizza cake in?
Many years ago, when I got married, my mom gave me her 16-inch deep dish pizza pan she got as a wedding gift when she got marrired 50 years ago. It’s an amazing pan. It has a removable bottom. I have made cookie pizzas in it since I was a teenager. In fact, I think I was the only one who used it in all the years she had it.
Unforrtunately, I can’t find a 16-inch size deep dish pizza pan that has a removable bottom anywhere. I did find this 12-inch springform pan, and I bought and use it to make cookie pizzas in a smaller size with it. This one will work great to make cookie pizzas. And if you go ask for a medium-sized pizza box at a pizza restaurant, they’ll usually just give you one and not make you pay for it.
