What do you need to make a 4th of July Fruit Pizza?
For the fruit pizza “crust,” you will need flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and an egg.
For the fruit pizza “sauce,” you’ll need Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, and cream cheese.

And lastly, for the fruit pizza “toppings,” you’ll need fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mini marshmallows.
How do you make this 4th of July Fruit Pizza?
First, we’re going to make the cookie crust. It’s basically a giant sugar cookie. I use a deep 9 x 13 size cookie sheet to make the crust.
Preheat the oven and flour the baking pan. I like to use Baker’s Joy for flouring a pan. It makes it so easy.
In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar, softened butter, and vanilla and mix using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer. Then, add the egg and mix.
Next, add the flour one cup at a time. The dough will be crumbly but keep mixing, it will come together.
Press the dough evenly into the floured baking pan and bake for 25 minutes until the cookie edges are lightly browned. The cookie will still be light color, but the edges will be browned.

Let the cookie cool completely.
Next, it’s time to make the pizza “sauce.” Whip the cream cheese for a few minutes and then mix in the Cool Whip, vanilla, and pudding mix.

Use a spatula and frost the cookie crust from edge to edge with the sauce mixture.
Now we’re onto toppings! Wash the fruits and cut the strawberries into quarters.

Place the blueberries into a square in the top left corner of the fruit pizza.
Place the strawberries and raspberries into the fruit pizza in rows to look like stripes.

Fill in the remaining rows with miniature marshmallows.
Slice and enjoy!
