If Taylor Swift’s new track Wi$h Li$t from The Life of a Showgirl were a snack, it would be this: bold, indulgent, and a little over the top in the best way. This Wi$h Li$t Hot Spinach Dip layers creamy cheeses, fresh spinach, and a golden sprinkle of parmesan like you’re checking off your own late-night cravings list. Whether you’re curled up at home with your hot best friend and the kids while you’re dancing in the dark or throwing a party where your “wish list” includes something warm, melty, and impossible to resist, this dip delivers all the drama of the song—just in edible form.

Table of Contents
Ingredients for Wi$h Li$t Spinach & Cheese Dip
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Fresh spinach leaves or frozen chopped spinach
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley
How to Make Wi$h Li$t Spinach & Cheese Dip
Preheat your oven to 375°F and use non-stick spray in a baking dish.
If you’re using frozen spinach, you can defrost the frozen spinach and then wring out any excess water. If using fresh spinach, in a large skillet, sauté the fresh spinach with a drizzle of oil until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop finely.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
Stir in parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, chopped spinach, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, pita or pita chips, or veggies like carrot sticks and celery.
Tips & Suggestions
- Make it ahead: Prepare the dip up to a day in advance, then bake when ready to serve.
- Add sparkle: For an extra “wish list” vibe, dust the top with a little edible gold leaf after baking for a fun twist to “Wi$h Li$t.”
- Switch it up: Add artichokes for a classic spin, or red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
