Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Stuffed Cupcakes

Description

A delicious chocolate cupcake stuffed with dulce de leche cheesecake and then topped with Dulce De Leche Cream Cheese frosting and grated chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Chocolate cake
  • 1 box Devil’s food cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 box of chocolate pudding
  • 2/3 cup water
  • Dulce de Leche Cheesecake
  • 1/2 can of Nestle Le Lechera Dulce de Leche
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • Frosting
  • 1 can of cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 can of Nestle Le Lechera Dulce de Leche
  • Topping
  • Grated Semi Sweet Baker’s Chocolate

Instructions

  1. [u]Cake Batter[/u]
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Combine cake mix, eggs, yogurt, pudding, and water. Beat on medium low until combined. Then, beat for 1 minute on medium.
  4. Set aside.
  5. [u]Dulce de Leche Cheesecake[/u]
  6. Combine cream cheese and dulce de leche in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds.
  7. Add the egg white and beat until smooth.
  8. Set aside.
  9. [u]Putting the cupcakes together[/u]
  10. Place 24 cupcake liners in 24 muffin tins
  11. Put a medium scoop of chocolate cake batter in each cupcake liner. Smooth out with a spoon if necessary.
  12. Add small scoop of dulce de leche cheesecake to the center of each.
  13. Then, finish off with a medium scoop of chocolate cake batter.
  14. Shake the muffin tins just a little to get the batter to smooth out, if necessary.
  15. Bake for 15-18 minutes until done.
  16. Allow to cool before frosting.
  17. [u]Dulce de Leche Cream Cheese Frosting[/u]
  18. Combine 1 store bought cream cheese frosting can with 1/2 can of dulce de leche.
  19. Beat until smooth.
  20. Then, heat for 30 seconds in the microwave and beat again until smooth.
  21. Allow to sit for 10-20 minutes.
  22. Now dip each cupcake liberally into the frosting.
  23. Hold upside down for just a bit to allow excess to drip off.
  24. Then, set down and allow to dry.
  25. Grate chocolate over each cupcake.
