What do you need to make these yummy Peanut Butter Brownie Blossoms?
I make these with the refrigerated Pillsbury Brownie dough, but you can totally use your own brownie recipe in muffin tins or even a box mix. I’ve done all of these to make brownie bites, and they all come out great.
You will also need Reese’s Peanut Butter Blossoms that are half pink and half chocolate. Super Cute!
You’ll also need some chocolate chips to melt and drizzle as well as sprinkles or sanding sugar or even raw or turbinado sugar to sprinkle on top for a final look.
How do you make Peanut Butter Brownie Blossoms?
If you’re using the refrigerated brownie dough, spray the muffin tin with non-stick oil spray and just drop a brownie dough round into each muffin tin. Then, follow the instructions to bake.
If you’re using your own brownie mix or a box mix, spray the muffin tin with non-stick oil spray so the brownie bites are easy to remove. Then, try cutting the bake time for normal brownies in half as that’s usually what I do. But, make sure to check for doneness.
While the brownie bites are baking, unwrap the peanut butter blossoms so they’re ready to go.
When the brownie bites are ready to come out of the oven, insert a peanut butter blossom with pink side up into each center of your brownie bites.
Immediately put them in the fridge so the peanut butter cups don’t melt all over the brownies.
When the peanut butter cups are solid, after about 45 minutes to an hour, remove the brownies from the fridge and then use a sharp knife around the edges to gently remove them from the muffin tin.
Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring after each time, until they are completely smooth and melted.
Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over each brownie bite and the peanut butter cup.
Immediately add sprinkles or sugar over the top while the chocolate is still warm, so it will all harden together.
Eat immediately or package up for Valentine’s treats!

Can you make these Peanut Butter Brownie Blossoms ahead of time?
You can, but I would not recommend it using the Pillsbury refrigerated brownie dough. It gets hard pretty quickly. But, you can definitely make these ahead with a brownie mix or your own brownie recipe.
How do you store leftover Peanut Butter Brownie Blossoms?
I keep them in a sealed container on the counter for 2-3 days.
