Ingredients to make Halloween Vampire Teeth Bloody Chocolate Bark
How do you make Halloween Vampire Chocolate Bark?
Set a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, pour both bags of the white candy melts into the bowl.
Heat the candy melts for 30-second increments.
DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP – Mix up the candy melts after each 30 seconds. If you skip this part, the candy melts will seize and get nasty and you’ll have to start over again with new candy melts.
You’ll probably need to heat them for about four to five times until they are mixed up and completely runny and smooth.
If they still seem a bit clumpy, my secret weapon is using Wilton’s EZ Thins. These are little chips that melts into the candy melts to make them sooth and pourable. I use these all the time when making cake pops or other desserts using candy melts.
Spread the candy melts on the wax paper on the cookie sheet.
Quickly add the gummy vampire teeth. Space them out, so when it dries, you can break up the bark into individual pieces each with a vampire teeth. For 2 bags of white candy melts, I do 12 vampire teeth to get 12 pieces of bark. You can halve this recipe and do just 1 bag of white candy melts and 6 teeth.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl just as you did the green candy melts. It should only take 30-45 seconds.
Stir the red candy melts until completely smooth and runny. Add EZ Melts if necessary to get them smooth.
Take a spoon and drizzle a tiny bit of red candy melt over the two fangs of each vampire teeth to look like blood.
Allow it to dry on the counter for a couple hours, or pop it in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes until hardened.
Use a knife to cut the bark into pieces.
Serve immediately.
