No matter what, moms love homemade DIY Mother’s Day Gifts. Today, I’ve got 20 ideas you can make mom or grandma they’ll love!
updated 04/26/2023

I remember when I was a kid, my mom had a big extended family of great aunts. My grandma was the youngest of six, and I remember my mom would always come up with an idea for me to make a DIY gift. One year it was homemade soap where we grated ivory soap and turned it into decorative soap balls. I loved making those soap balls, and things like that are probably why I love crafting to this day. This is why I like to get my kids to make DIY gifts as well.

I may want to eat that Chocolate Mint Body Butter! I am having my daycare kids create a painted flower pot.. UGH what was I thinking?
I’m so addicted to Mason Jars! I’m loving those adorable DIY ones above. Maybe I need to send this link to my hubby and kids 😉
I would make a chocolate cake.
If I won the KitchenAid Mixer the first thing I would make would be cookies.
These are wonderful ideas that seem not that hard to make! I love giving DIY gifts to my friends and family. I feel like it’s more heartfelt than going out to buy a gift. It says, “I thought enough about you, to take the time and hand make something that I thought you’d love, so when you use it, it will wreak of love” lol. Thanks for sharing Stephanie ♥
Thanks for sharing my sugar scrub recipe!! If I won the mixer, I would start out with making cookies!
I’d make my husband a chocolate silk pie with this mixer!
I would make a chocolate cake.
I would make my son’s favorite chocolate peanut butter cupcakes.
Lovely round up, and thank you for including the Mason Jar Chalkboard from Crafts ‘n Coffee. I love my KitchenAid mixer and if I won one, I think I would pass it along to my sister.
These are some really inspired ideas. Love homemade body products!
The first thing I would make is toll house cookies. My family loves those and I haven’t made them for awhile.
