My favorite part about Christmas is the stockings. I don’t know what it is, but I just love putting together a bunch of little gifts to stuff the kids’ stockings. I try to make it full of fun and interesting stuff, not just candy, but things like a box of BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection.
Click on the image above to got right to the product! You can also find them right in the middle of all the stocking stuffers in Target.
I was there a few days ago just finishing up all my shopping for the kids (yay me!), and I knew BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection would be the perfect stocking stuffer for my middle daughter. I think I found the last box at my Target.
She loves the fun print bandages to doctor herself and her dolls. Not only do they have the cute holiday deco prints, but you can even find Paw Patrol and Star Wars BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages at Target, and they would make great stocking stuffers for kids, too. Plus, this week starting 12/17 you can get the BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection at Target for 2 for $5!
I like to keep a box of BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages everywhere — the car, the medicine cabinet, my purse. With four kids, I never know when we’ll need one. They are my trusted brand because they help heal hurts faster and they are the #1 Doctor Recommended Brand.
I always like to include a homemade gift, made by me, in their stockings, too. This year I’m making microfleece hats for each kid. I’ve got a PDF pattern you print out for babies and kids.
Now microfleece is a very thin fleece, but it’s very stretchy, too. I love it because it keeps you warm, but it’s not as thick as regular fleece. You can truly make these hats in assembly line style super fast.
The pattern will print out in parts, so you’ll need to tape it together at the dotted line. You need about 1/2 yard of fabric, which can make about 3 hats. Fold your fabric over so you have two layers, lay the pattern on it, and cut out the pattern.
Just put the right sides together and sew around the sides up to the top and down again.
Fold the bottom edge over about an inch and sew a hem. As you sew, stretch the fabric just a little, so that when your little one puts it on they don’t pop a stitch.
Then, flip the hat to the right side, tie a knot in the top and you’re done! Simple, easy, and you can make a ton of these. I make about 1/2 a dozen when my kids are babies.
And, it tucks nicely into a stocking all rolled up!
Don’t forget the stocking stuffers this year! Make a hat or two and slide a box of BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection` in their stocking!

Those band-aids are too cute. I love how you made this hat!
Useful and nice looking hat. I love micro-fleece fabric. It is soft and keeps warm in these cold days.
I love the designs of the band aid! It makes it easier to put when kids got hurt.
That hat is adorable! I haven’t seen the Christmas bandaids before! Love the colors and they make a unique stocking stuffer.
Those are cute stocking stuffer ideas! I love the band-aids! I didn’t know they made Christmas designs.
Boo boo’s don’t seem so bad when the kids get to wear some fun band-aids. I have some friends expecting soon and I may need to make a few little hats!
I would love to make these for my girls for Christmas! Great idea! I love the handmade touch to presents.
I am in the process of teaching my daughter to sew. This hat is so easy and another great project for her to start with. And decorative bandaids – always need to have those on hand.
I love cute band-aids like this. And this is nice hat to make for kids – something they can use. =)
I was so busy staring at the festive bandaid lol. It’s so cute and bright. Love it.
