Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is a delicious casserole that’s perfect for busy weeknights. It’s a simple, creamy, and comforting meal that’s topped with crushed buttery Ritz crackers.
This meal is perfect for leftover chicken like a rotisserie chicken. You can even buy pulled rotisserie chicken in the meat department at Costco that I use in this recipe all the time.
We love it best with just plain white rice or in a wrap, but it’s also good with spaghetti or other pasta noodles, too.
