Ingredients needed for Galinda’s Wicked Drink
- Simple Strawberry Juice
- Pink Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling Wine
- Optional: Strawberries or raspberreis for garnish
How to make Galinda’s Berry Blush Drink
You know how much Galinda loves her bubble, so I thought what would be a more perfect drink than one with champagne bubbles!
This is just 2:1 ratio of strawberry juice and champagne.
Fill the glass up wtih two-thirds of Simply Strawberry Juice and top it off with a third of Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling Wine.
It’s essentially a Strawberry Mimosa and absolutely delicious!
TIP: I wouldn’t recommend premixing a pitcher full of Galinda’s Bubbly Blush Drinks because the champagne will lose its carbination.

- 2 parts Simply Strawberry Juice
- 1 part pink champagne
Instructions
- Chill the Strawberry juice.
- Chill the Champagne
- Mix 2 parts strawberry juice with 1 part champagne.
- Enjoy!
