We have strawberry champagne slush, and then the mocktail version is using bubbly apple cider in place of the champagne. I made both for dinner last night, and my kids were so excited. They got to drink from champagne glasses and felt very fancy.
This is a super easy drink to make with or without alcohol. Â I whipped up both versions in a matter of minutes just as I was getting dinner on the table.
I think my favorite part about it is the glasses rimmed in pink sugar. Â I like to use colored sanding sugar you can find in the cake decorating department at craft stores or Walmart.

I LOVE that Minion idea – that is sooooo cute. My sweetie and I love champagne slush drinks. I also really like the idea of dipping strawberries in the pink sugar.
Looks awesome!
My nephew would love that minion idea! That cocktail looks yummy too.
Those look so good! Hubby and I are celebrating on Sunday and I will def have to make these.
Both versions sound easy and refreshing. I’ll take one of each, please.
I’m not really into drinking. But I love a good red wine, and those drinks looked good as well.
I’m a sucker for strawberries, so this might work.
Pinned for later! 🙂 What a cute way to spend the day. We didnt do much either. Cupid left some goodies for the kids, hubby was at work most of the day, and it was just a nice calm day here.
