What do you need to make this Spring Butterfly Chocolate Bark?
You’ll need a few things:

- 11-12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
- pretzel twists
- pretzel squares
- pastel M&Ms
- pastel sugar sprinkles in pink, yellow, purple, and blue
- frosting in pastel colors pink, yellow, purple, and blue
- spring sprinkles
How do you make Spring Butterfly Chocolate Bark?
Measure out about 2 oz of the white chocolate chips for dipping the pretzels.
Use a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Lay a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet.

Flowers
I recommend making about 8 flowers.
Submerge 1 square pretzel for each flower. Lift it up with a fork and gently tap off the excess chocolate. Then, place it on the wax paper on the cookie sheet.
Quickly arrange 5 M&Ms of one color in a circle shape on the pretzel as shown.
Repeat this same process for each color of the M&Ms until all your flowers are made.

Butterfly Wings
I recommend dipping 8 pretzel twists – 2 for each pair of wings for a total of 4 butterflies.
Dip 2 pretzel twists for each butterfly. Lift it up with a fork and gently tap off the excess chocolate. Then, place it on the wax paper on the cookie sheet.
Immediately sprinkle both pretzel twists with one color sugar sprinkles to create the wings of the butterfly.
Repeat this process for each sugar sprinkle color.
Place the tray with the flowers and butterfly wings in the fridge to set for about 10-20 minutes.
Making the Bark Base
Lay a piece of wax paper on another cookie sheet.
Melt the rest of the white chocolate chips just as before. It will probably take 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Use a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Spread it evenly into a rectangle shape on the wax paper.

Now you will work quickly while the chocolate rectangle is still warm.
Making the Butterflies on the Bark

Place 4 M&Ms of one color in a straight line anywhere on the rectangle bark.
Then, place the corresponding color pretzel wing set on either side of the line.
Repeat this for the remaining butterfly colors.

Next, randomly place pretzel flowers around the rectangle where desired
Fill in open spaces with themed sprinkles, sugar sprinkles, etc.
Use colored frosting to create eyes, antennae, and wing detail on each butterfly
Place the finished chocolate bark in fridge to set.

Break or slice, serve, and enjoy!
