We don’t do a whole lot to celebrate Mother’s Day. Usually my husband gives me a gift certificate for a pedicure, and we eat out. But, this year things are going to be different.

Since school is virtual right now, I know we won’t be getting a wonderful little Mother’s Day gift. But, this is a fun exercise so your kids can make their own gift for YOU!
I have to admit I love those printable questionnaires for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. It is such a fun and sweet gift from the kids, and they usually get them from school. So, I decided to create one to share with all of you since we probably won’t be getting one of those in Google Classroom.
It’s simple for Dad or even an older sibling to print off and have the younger kids fill them out. It even keeps them practicing their writing skills!
