I bought these 7.5-inch pie plates to fit in my air fryer to make all kinds of dessert. I have this 8-qt Chefman air fryer, and it fit with plenty of room.
How do you make the easiest Air Fryer S’mores Dip ever?
This will literally take you a minute to throw together. It’s a super fast dessert, and it will probably be eaten just as fast.
Use an oven-safe baking dish that will fit in your air fryer. I use a 7.5-inch glass pie plate to make this dip. I bought a set of 2 of these 7.5-inch glass pie plates , and one fits perfectly in both my big air fryer (8 qt) and my small air fryer (5 qt).

Break up 1-2 Hershey bars in the bottom of the pie plate.
Add about 6 oz of chocolate chips. I used semi-sweet, but you can also use milk chocolate.

Next, add the marshmallows. I used the regular-sized ones and it took 31 marshmallows to cover the entire top. Just gently press them down so they don’t fly out while the dip is in the air fryer.

You can use mini marshmallows, just make sure to press them down gently so they don’t fly out. I find mini marshmallows fly out easier than the regular-sized ones in the air fryer, so I tend to stick with the larger ones.
Place the dip in the air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes on 360 F degrees.

Check it halfway to make sure the marshmallows didn’t fly out.
Then, check again at about the 5-minute mark to make sure the marshmallows are starting to turn golden. Mine were just a little golden brown when I stopped the air fryer. But, they had turned that perfect crispiness.

You can keep it going to make the marshmallows darker, if you prefer a more burned marshmallow, just keep a good watch over it.
When the air fryer has stopped, let the dip sit in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes just to let the chocolate melt really well.
Carefully take the dip out with potholders because it’s going to be hot.
Then, get out your graham crackers or favorite cookies and start dipping away!

What else can you dip in this Air Fryer S’mores Dip?
Graham crackers aren’t the only things you can use with this delicious dip. The possibilities are endless. Here’s a few more ideas:
- Ritz Crackers
- Saltines
- Chocolate graham crackers
- Cinnamon & Sugar graham crackers
- Ruffles potato chips

Can you make this ahead of time?
You can put the ingredients together, but I would not cook it in the air fryer until you’re ready to eat it. You want the marshmallows hot and gooey, and they won’t be if it’s made ahead of time.
