These Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes are a deliciously easy weeknight dinner that the whole family with love! Full of flavor, this simple dinner is a sloppy joe mix piled on top of Texas Toast Garlic Bread and melty cheese. These are such a big hit in my house and have become a weekly staple.

Ingredients for Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes
- ground beef
- onion
- bell peppers
- garlic
- chili powder
- tomato paste
- Worcestershire sauce
- brown sugar
- water
- Texas Toast Garlic Bread
- Colby-jack cheese
How do you make Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes?
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add the ground beef, onion, and bell peppers.
Cook until the beef is browned and crumbled.
Drain the grease.
To the beef in the pan add the garlic, ketchup, chili powder, tomato paste, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar and water.
Stir to combine and cook over medium to medium high heat until the sloppy joe mix thickens.
Meanwhile on a sheetpan place your texas toast in a single layer.
Bake for about 3-4 minutes just until the bread thaws and is soft.
Remove the bread from the oven.
Using a spoon make a large indent in each piece of bread.
Spoon the sloppy joe mix into the indent on each slice of Texas toast.
Slice the colby jack cheese in half diagonally.
Place one slice of cheese ontop of each sloppy joe.
Bake for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve!

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered for up to 3 days.
- You can use any kind of cheese you have on hand.
- Add any seasonings you like to your sloppy joe mix.
- Top with jalapenos if you would like a kick.
