Ingredients to make Ritz Cracker Cookies
- Salted Butter
- White Sugar
- Egg
- Flour
- Powdered Milk
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Ritz Crackers
How do you make Ritz Cracker Cookies?
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
Linen a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Beat the butter and sugar together until it’s well combined.
Scrape down the bowl and add the egg. Then beat for 2 more minutes.
Add the flour, powdered milk, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix on low just until combined, less than 30 seconds.
Add the crushed crackers and mix until they’re well incorporated into the dough. The crackers will break down as they mix into the dough.
Scoop dough with medium-sized scoop and place it about 2-3 inches apart.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, until the edges are golden.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a rack or plate.
Eat immediately!
