Ingredients to make Banana Cream Cheesecake Ice Cream

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2-3 bananas (optional)
- 12 Nilla Wafers or Chessman Cookies
- Philadelphia no bake cheesecake
How to make No Churn Banana Cream Pie Ice Cream

Add 2 cups heavy cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to an electric mixer and mix until whipped for about 4-5 minutes.
In a large bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until no streaks of color are present.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a foil lined bread pan (see notes)
Add sliced bananas, drops of no bake cheesecake, and crushed cookies.
Add a second layer of the mixture.
Add sliced bananas, drops of no bake cheesecake, and crushed cookies.
Add the third layer of the mixture.
And top off with the same again.
Cover it with foil and put it in the freezer.
After about three hours, it will be a bit like soft serve ice cream.
But after an additional 2-3 hours of freezing, it should be scoopable.

Notes for Banana Cheesecake Ice Cream
Other things that can be added are caramel or butterscotch drizzle between the layers.
Find the No Bake Cheesecake in a tub with the cream cheese at Walmart. The brand is Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
