Have you made hot chocolate bombs for the kids? They are surprisingly easy.
I have to admit, I love them myself. The fun of putting one in a mug and pouring hot milk over it while it melts and everything falls out. It’s so fun!

Ingredients to make Easter Bunny Hot Cocoa Bombs:
This is enough to make a batch of about 6 cocoa bombs.

You’ll need:
- 8 oz white vanilla flavored candy melts or white chocolate
- 6 tbsp hot cocoa
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- Bunny Mold
How do you make Easter Bunny Hot Cocoa Bombs?
Place a large plate into the freezer.
Pour candy melts into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, until fully melted. Stir well between each heating session.

Using a spoon or large pastry brush, coat each of the mold cavities with the melted candy.

Place into the freezer for 5 minutes, and repeat to add another coat of melted candy, then chill for an additional 5 minutes.
Add one tablespoon of hot cocoa mix to each bunny mold.

Add a few mini marshmallows until you reach almost the top of the mold. You can use mini marshmallows or the tiny marshmallow bits like you find in hot cocoa packets (these are the ones I like best!).

Fill remainder of each mold cavity with melted candy and chill for 5 minutes in the freezer.

To use, place bomb in mug and pour 6 oz of hot milk over it, Stir and enjoy!
