Want something to remember all those books you read this year? Make this Mini Books Christmas Ornament easily! No folding little papers. It just takes foam board and sticker paper. Easy peasy! This holiday season create a unique and meaningful ornament that reflects your love of readingand adds a little bookish charm to your holiday decor.
You can easily make these as gifts. The hardest part is going to Goodreads and saving all the book covers to make your friends and family. But they will LOVE this little ornament.

How to make Mini Book Covers
Find your book covers and save them to your computer. You can find these on Amazon, Goodreads, etc.
Upload your book covers to Canva.
Use the template and insert a book cover into each frame on the template. Make sure you add 2 of the same book cover, as you’ll be putting the cover on each side of the foam board to make your mini book.
Once you’ve filled the frames, print on sticker paper.
How to make a Mini Book
An 80-mm fillable ornament will hold 30-35 books comfortably. You can buy bigger fillable ornaments to hold even more.
Cut out the book covers.
Cut the foam board into 1-inch long strips.
Add a sticker to the end of the foam board, then use the Exacto knife to cut right at the edge of the sticker.
Add the second sticker to the back of the cut piece.
Add it to the fillable ornament.
Once you’ve done this with every book cover, close your ornament.
Tie a ribbon on the top and hang it on the Christmas tree.
Alternatively, if you’re very “exact” you can cut pieces of foam board to be 1 inches x 0.7 inches. Then add the stickers. I find the instructions above make it easier than these “exact” measurements.
