I’ve found the secret to getting my kids to love salad. It’s making this Seven Layer Salad with Blue Plate® Light Mayonnaise with Greek Yogurt. They just eat it up! It’s so easy to put together and just perfect for potlucks and barbecues.
Have you heard of Blue Plate Light Greek? It’s the new mayonnaise made with Greek Yogurt. It’s the only mayonnaise with 1 gram of protein, and it has half the fat and half the calories of regular mayo!
Blue Plate Light Greek is perfect to use as you would regular mayonnaise, or you can try some delicious recipes from award-winning Chef Alon Shaya especially for this mayonnaise like Shrimp Tzatziki, Spicy Chicken Salad Sandwich, or Charred Broccoli Salad.
Blue Plate Light Greek has that creamy and tangy taste of Greek yogurt, and I just LOVE that!
Super simple recipes like this are always my favorites. I have found you can use a variety of shredded cheese in this salad from cheddar to monterey jack. Plus, you can serve it immediately or you can chill it up to 8 hours before serving. My teenager usually dives right in when I make it fresh.

Are you a mind reader? I was just thinking about how long it’s been since I’ve made seven layer salad. And now I don’t have to go back and dig out that old recipe. I think I love your version even better. I’m looking forward to making it. My parents have used Blue Plate mayo forever. It’s like a taste of home. Looking forward to trying the light Greek mayo.
I don’t like mayo but I do like the taste of greek yogurt. I’ll have to check out Blue Mayo Light Greek and make your recipe because it looks and sounds simply delightful.
I make seven layer dip all the time, but I’ve never made seven layer salad. I make salads all summer, I’m going to make this one.
OMGoodness! I haven’t had 7 layer salad in a very long time and is one of my favs when at family get togethers. I’ve never heard of mayo made with Greek Yogurt. I’m a big fan of anything original, being turned into something a little healthier.
Greek Yogurt mayo! I would definitely try this and your salad too. Looks amazing and I am sure this mayo makes it lighter.
Now this sounds like a great party salad. Each of those layers sounds delicious to me. What a cool idea.
This would be a great salad for family movie night. I really like how each layer is unique in flavor.
Oh my, that Seven Layer Salad looks super yummy! I’m such a fan of seven layer dips so I’ll definitely have to give this recipe a try.

I will have to make this sometime, I love making recipes that look bright and taste good! This is something I am betting the family will eat right up!
I love 7 layer dip and should make it again soon when I have some friends over. I have never seen the Greek mayo, but I would love to try it. Sounds delish!
I am really not a salad person but my kids and husband love salads, and this would probably be a delicious one they’d enjoy. Layers of goodness, why not!?
What an awesome salad for picnics and parties this summer! I can’t wait to give this recipe a try since I love all the ingredients and have never tried a layered salad like this before! Yum! 🙂
This salad looks delicious indeed. Yummy!!! My family would love it and I will have to try making the recipe. I don’t eat mayo so my plate would be separate without the mayo. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
This salad looks so yummy and comforting! I love how easy it is to make and that it is healthier
Your recipe looks so amazing! Salads like these are my downfall. I could make them everyday. So good!
This seven layer salad looks so delicious! I’m definitely going to try this at our party next weekend.
A seven layer salad? That’s something new to me. This recipe looks so easy to do and it looks flavorful too. I honestly haven’t seen a salad here in my country with cheese. This would be an interesting innovation to the regular salad we know and prepare.
