We decided to have a little welcome home party for my daughter who has been on a band trip for the last few days of Spring Break. Her bus wasn’t going to arrive back home until dinnertime, so I whipped up one of her favorite meals and made a batch of Lemon Berry Party Punch.
I love easy recipes, so this Lemon Berry Party Punch is a snap to put together.
Begin by pouring in 1 can of frozen lemonade along with 4 cups of water.
Then, add 2 quarts of a Berry blend juice. You can use any kind of berry or cranberry juice. I tend to go with a juice blend that has blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries because I love berries so much.
Next, add an entire 2 liter of ginger ale. This is my favorite part — I love the pink bubbles!
To finish it off, slice up 2 large lemons and add to the mix, and then I like to add a bag of whole frozen strawberries to keep the punch chilled.
Then, I make it all pretty for the party by adding lemon slices and a frozen berry to each glass as well as fun paper straws.

Our camping cookware could use a good cleaning.
That punch looks delicious!
Couple of questions, What is the berry blend you used and can I substitute something for the gingerale? I have only one who likes GA.
You can easily switch out ginger ale for lemon lime soda. For the berry blend I’ve made it with Simply Mixed Berry which you can find in the refrigerated section with Simply Orange juice. I’ve also made it with frozen berry blend juice concentrate from Old Orchard.
I have the regular dishes. Since there are only 2 of us sometimes they sit in the dishwasher for a few days before I have a full load to wash, so I would love to try Finish to make them clean again!
All of my summer potluck dishes! I would love to try Finish because Cascade isn’t doing it for me anymore.
