My girls LOVE the tv show 101 Dalmatian Street on Disney. So, I made them costumes for Halloween as Dalmatians. This is very easy to make, and you can totally do this pretty last minute.

How do you make a Dalmatian Costume?
Prewash the white leggings and t-shirt before painting.
Insert cardboard between the layers of the t-shirt.
Use a paint dobber to make circular black dots all over the t-shirt.
Allow one side to dry before flipping it over and doing the back side.
Do the exact same method with the leggings or sweatpants.
How do you make Dalmatian Dog Ears Headband?
Use the same paint dobber and paint black circles on the 12 x 18-inch white felt sheet. Allow to dry.
Cut out the pattern pieces.
Fold the painted felt sheet in half (fold the 18-inch length in half). Line up the ear pattern piece on the fold and cut one ear. Then cut a second ear.
Cut two inner ear pieces from the pale pink felt.
Fold a white pipe clearer in half and twist just the last half inch together. Form an oval shape. Do this for the second pipe cleaner.
Take the third pipe cleaner and cut it in half. Take each half and fold in half again and twist together.
On the inside of one painted dog ear, hot glue the loop pipe cleaner as pictured. Then, hot glue the twisted pipe cleaner in the lower center of it as shown. Do this same for the second painted ear.
Fold the ear together and begin gluing at the very top. Work your way down the side of each ear. Don’t glue the bottom sides closed yet.
Slide the ears on the headband. Position the first one where you want it, and then glue the sides of the ear together.
Lastly, glue the bottom of the ear to the headband. Do this same for the second ear.
Decided which side will be the front and glue the inner ears near the headband.
And you’re done with the ears. Now bend the pipe cleaners to make them look like folded over dog ears.
How to make a Dalmatian Dog Collar
With the white 12 x 18 felt sheet, cut a 1-inch strip along the longest side.
Measure to your neck and cut to have an inch or so overlap.
Add sticky velcro to the back of the collar, so it will fasten.
Cut a 2 x 1 inch piece of the white felt.
Cut a circle from the light pink felt.
Cut a heart from the dark pink felt.
Glue the heart to the circle.
Then, glue the circle to the front of one end of the white felt piece.
Then, glue the top of the white felt piece to the back of the very center of the collar.
Now you’re done!
