Do you live in a place where it actually feels like Fall? That is definitely not here in Texas. Today my car said it was 104 F degrees. Hopefully, it’s Pumpkin Spice weather somewhere! I love the cool crispy air, but right now all we’ve got is hot sunny days to look forward to.
Even if your weather is like ours, there are still tons of Fall Fun Activities you can do to make it feel like it’s the right season. Scroll down and you can download this calendar for yourself to hang on the wall and mark off! Plus, it’s perfect for kids, families, and anybody!

What kind of Fall Fun Activities can you do?
There’s so many things like visit a pumpkin patch, pick out your pumpkin, and go home and paint it! My little artist can spend an entire afternoon painting pumpkins if I let her.
Another fun activity is drinking apple cider – hot or cold! Is there anything better than a delicious mug of apple cider? I love it in those autumn months and definitely into winter, too. If you’re into cocktails, I’ve got a Whipped Apple cocktail that has a bit of apple cider or unfiltered apple juice that is too die for!
Host a Bake Sale
One of our favorite activities is hosting bake sale. My girls love helping me bake all kinds of goodies and all the money we raise goes to a good cause like the local animal shelter.
And there are so many fall goodies you can make for a bake sale like mini apple pies or some delicious muffins.
Delicious Fall Recipes
I love when the weather finally starts to get colder. I can start making soups and stews again! My family begs for this Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup. My personal favorite is beef stew. I like to make mine a little different with a shredded zucchini to the base. I love the flavor it adds, and it just melts into the soup and thickens it up. Surprisingly, I haven’t shared my famous beef stew here on the blog, but I have another stew you’ll love. It’s very french and very delicious. I call it Country French Stew, and it was inspired by a book I read called The Nightingale.
Picking Apples
One thing I wish we could do down here in Texas is pick apples in the Fall. But, I don’t think most apples do well here. My absolute favorite are Macintosh apples.
Though we can’t pick apples, we can certainly bake apples! You can bake some amazing apples in a slow cooker. They make the house smell amazing, and they taste amazing!
