How to make this Halloween Eyeball Cheeseball

Set the cream cheese out ahead of time so it can soften.
Add the softened cream cheese to a bowl and mix in the ranch seasoning until well combined.
Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap it tightly. Roll it gently on the counter until it forms a smooth ball.
Place the wrapped cheeseball in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
Once chilled, unwrap the cheeseball and place it on your serving plate.
Add one slice of dill pickle to the center of the cheeseball to create the iris. Place a slice of black Kalamata olive in the middle of the pickle for the pupil.
Now for the creepy part.
Use a toothpick to gently draw thin lines outward from the center of the cheeseball, creating little “veins” across the surface.
Slowly drizzle or dab the hot sauce into those lines so it settles into the grooves.
Keep the eyeball cheeseball chilled until you are ready to serve.
Serve with crackers and enjoy watching everyone decide whether they are brave enough to take the first bite.
A Few Spooky Serving Ideas
Place your eyeball cheeseball in the center of a dark platter and surround it with crackers, pretzels, sliced vegetables, or toasted bread.
For an extra-creepy Halloween snack board, add plastic spiders, fake cobwebs, candy eyeballs, or other spooky decorations around the platter.
You could even make several smaller eyeballs instead of one large one for a full platter of creepy little snacks.
