The weather was perfect this weekend! We decided to have an easy dinner and do something on the grill and follow up with some ice cream out on the lawn.
After watching a video for grilling pizza, we decided to try it with some Jack’s Pizza. The video made it look easy, but Nate was sure he would burn the pizza to a crisp. Let me tell you….it was so good! The preservative-free crust pizza came out perfect. It was perfectly crisp, and the toppings with 100% Real Wisconsin Cheese were delicious.
It was so quick and easy! The pizzas cooked in no time at all, just 10 minutes. And, I didn’t have a hot kitchen from cooking in the oven! We are definitely going to have this meal again soon.
Along with our grilled pizzas, we went classic American summertime with a bowl full of watermelon and a fun red, white, and blue twist on a classic drink – Bomb Pop Lemonade. Super easy to make, and the kids will go wild for it.

Bomb Pop Lemonade | The TipToe Fairy
Ingredients
- 12 oz of lemonade – fresh or drink mix
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 bomb pop
Instructions
- Pour the lemonade into the mason jar.
- Add the ice.
- Add a bomb pop.
- Add a straw.
After dinner, we sat outside in the cool breeze and enjoyed some Nestle Drumstick Crunch Dipped Cones. I love the Vanilla Caramel flavor! The kids ran around chasing each other with their ice cream, letting it melt down their arms. They were sticky but had such a good time with each other in the warm weather.
