Today, I’m going to share my favorite stir fry sauce using De Nigris Vinegars and my favorite fusion meal to make with it with Asian and Mexican flavors – Stir Fry Tacos!
I like to try different vinegars in my stir fry. Last week when I was at Walmart, I saw De Nigris seasoned vinegars. I decided the Original white wine vinegar would be best for my stir fry sauce.

Often when I make something like pulled pork, roast, or brisket, we have leftovers. There’s only so many times Nate wants to take it for lunch as is, so I try to turn it into something else. We made pulled pork recently, and I decided to turn the leftovers into stir fry tacos! They are somewhat like fajitas with shredded pork and onions cooked in a stir fry sauce.
This make-ahead stir fry sauce is very easy. I like to put it together in a mason jar so I can just shake it to mix, and it’s easy to store in the fridge for a couple weeks. I’ve tried different vinegars, but I’ve found that I like the seasoned white wine vinegar from De Nigris.
Once you make up the recipe for the stir fry sauce, it takes just a few tablespoons to season the meat to perfection.Print
Do you like stir fry but hate making up the sauce? Then, try this make ahead version.
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup De Nigris seasoned white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of water
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar and shake well.
- Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
- Use about 1/2 cup when making stir fry.

Now that you’ve made up the stir fry sauce, making the tacos is easy peasy! I heat up a tablespoon of cooking oil and add the stir fry sauce to it. Then, I add the meat and the onions (and peppers if you have them) at the same time and cook until the sauce has thickened.
