Stir Fry Pork Tacos with De Nigris Vinegars

Do you like stir fry but hate making up the sauce? Then, try this make ahead version.


  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup De Nigris seasoned white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of water


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar and shake well.
  2. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
  3. Use about 1/2 cup when making stir fry.
