Oral care is one of THE most important things to keeping your smile beautiful. This is so important to teach our kids. And, Trident is helping do just that! Plus, it’s one of the best gums to help do that.
Trident was the first national sugar-free gum in the US, and it’s the leading sugar-free gum brand. Whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing mint flavor like Spearmint or a delicious fruit flavor like Tropical Twist, Trident has you covered and helps fight cavities.
Here are some Simple Tips to Healthy Smiles!
- Brush teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time
- Floss daily
- Visit a dentist regularly – every six months
- Chew Trident for 20 minutes after eating and drinking helps to clean and protect teeth. In fact, 4 out of 5 Dentists surveyed would recommend Trident to their patients

Getting your kids to brush and floss their teeth can be a nightmare sometimes. Each one of my kids has gone through a phase where they argue about it every single night. My 5 year old is currently in that stage.
I’ve come up with a solution that seems to have motivated her. She loves sticker charts. A sticker chart is what motivated her to potty train fast. So, I whipped one up for brushing her teeth, and so far, it’s working great!

Thanks for that printable! I’ve been chewing Trident for a long time. Love that stuff!
Oral health is very important. I lost all of my teeth very early due to an autoimmune disease and poor habits. Even though I brushed my teeth every day I wasn’t flossing or any of that. Now I wear dentures and it is miserable.
I am the anti gum chewer so I’ve never had Trident. We are big on oral health in my home. I use the Oral B timer on my phone to keep my toddler engaged in cleaning her teeth.
I am lucky enough to have an uncle as my dentist and good genes so I haven’t had a cavity yet…knock on wood. My biggest challenge is remembering to floss…thank goodness Trident can help me out with that a little bit.
I love this printable! It’s so colorful and a great visual reminders for little ones to brush!
I always have Trident around. It’s great to chew after eating when there aren’t facilities available to brush. Great flavors too!
Great ideas! You really have to get those good habits started early. I like taking gum on my trips.
Brushing is a very important daily routine that everyone must do. We love Trident in this house too.
I like the idea of using a charting system to track success in remembering to brush. If they can see the chart and remember to initiate the activity on their own the battle is half won.
Love this! Will share it with my son and I love the printable they are so cute 😀 Thank you for sharing this.
I learned that lately about the chewing. I wasn’t into gum before, but now I try.
Very good tips.
Cute! Love the printable. Thank you! I need to print it up for my boys. 🙂
My husband is addicted to Trident. He’ll chew 3 spearmint pieces at a time. Now I at least know it’s good for him. Lol.
As a Dental Hygienist, I approve this message! 😀 Trident is my favorite gum, and it’s great they’re giving back like this. Time to go by some!
Ohh, very cute! I think this would be perfect for my kiddos. But I’d need picture frames or a laminater!
