Dulce de Leche Cream Cheese Frosting is basically a cream cheese caramel frosting that tastes amazing. It crusts up a little and tastes like penuche or brown sugar fudge. It is heavenly.
This works beautifully to frost cupcakes. I love to use this frosting for chocolate cupcakes, pumpkin cupcakes, or even yellow cupcakes.
