When you have some “me” time without kids or husbands, what do you like to do? I tend to head to the kitchen and create something amazing. Then, I sit down with a book, and enjoy whatever I just made. It’s one of my favorite things to do, especially when all the kids are at school. One of those little treats I save for myself is a Fresh Berry Yogurt Parfait.
I love yogurt.  Müller®’s greek yogurt is some of my absolute fave.  While shopping the other day at Walmart, I saw there were new yogurts by Müller®.  When I saw they had a new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt, I could not wait to try it.  This new yogurt comes in Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Bean.  I grabbed a few cups of the Vanilla Bean flavor.
Each smooth and creamy Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt is 5.3oz with 6% milk fat yogurt.  It’s a great source of protein with 7 g, less sugar than other yogurts, and only 190-210 calories. That totally makes my day!
These new yogurts are just the right amount of wrong, and they taste so good! Whether it’s a little indulgence to start your morning or for a break in the afternoon – go ahead and indulge because you deserve it!  Now you can feel good about eating dessert first!
I turned my new favorite yogurt into a parfait.  I made three different berry compotes and added my Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt between layers of fresh berry compotes.  It was pure deliciousness!

A delicious treat made with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berry compote.

- Over medium heat, combine 1 tbs of stevia or splenda and 1/2 cup of one type of berry.
- Add 1/4 cup of the water/corn starch mixture.
- Allow berries to simmer, stirring occasionally.
- When berries have cooked down and thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Do this each time for each type of berry.
- Once cool, layer yogurt and then a berry compote for a total of 7 layers (yogurt last).
- Then, sprinkle the top with granola.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Category: Dessert

Once the berry compotes have cooled completely, then you can layer up your parfait. Â It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! I just start with the yogurt layer, then add a berry compote layer, and so on. Â Then, I end with a yogurt layer and sprinkle a little granola on top.
I usually make enough berry compote for 2 trifles.  then I whip up a second one and hide it in the fridge from little hands so I can indulge a little another day.

My kids would so love for me to make this for them. I don’t eat yogurt but my kids love it. I will have to make this for them. Thanks for sharing.
I do love a fruit compote but I never thought to make a parfait using yogurt. We don’t have that brand where I shop but I will be making this anyway!
These look good. I am vegan so I would substitute a non-dairy yogurt. Coconut milk is my favorite.
I love yogurt! This is my kind of treat. I’ve actually eaten this brand of yogurt when we were stationed in Germany. Such a tasty yogurt. I hope they make it the same as I remember….delicious!
This looks so yummy. I know that my kids will love this too! thanks for sharing. Going to have to check for this brand of yogurt.
