We are a swim team family. My oldest two kids have been swimming for years on a team, and my youngest is moving up in swim lessons, ready to follow in their footsteps. I love that it’s a year round sport so they can keep moving their bodies even in winter. But even when you’re surrounded by water for 2 hours, swimming laps is hard work and can lead to dehydration. This is why I send my kids to swim practice with an oral rehydration solution like DripDrop.
Recently, we tried DripDrop in berry and lemon flavors. My kids were hesitant to try it at first, but after taking it the first day to swim practice, they really liked the taste. Both of them loved the lemon flavor.
My youngest also liked the taste, too, but her favorite was the berry flavor. She just got over a winter cold, and DripDrop was one of the few things I could get her to drink while she was sick.
DripDrop offers an easy and cost-effective solution that allows you to treat mild to moderate dehydration with a safe, medical-grade solution. Their hydration powder packets fit easily in the medicine cabinet or on the go, so it’s there when you need it. My kids each keep a box in their swim backpacks to add to their water bottle for practice. All you have to do is mix with water and drink.
DripDrop was developed by a Mayo Clinic-trained family physician, and it contains a proven ratio of ingredients – including sodium, sugars and potassium –which absorb quickly and help you recover faster than any other hydration product on the market. DripDrop has even been shown to hydrate 34% faster than water alone, and 20% faster than pediatric solutions and sports drinks.
Stay hydrated with DripDrop! DripDrop is now our choice for staying hydrated whether it’s cold and flu season or it’s time for swim practice.

G’day Thanks Stephanie as always enjoy learning something new!
Cheers! Joanne
This is wonderful! I’ll have to try it out. Does it have a lot of electrolytes like Gatorade to rejuvenate you after a hard workout? I love that you have your kids in swimming. It’s so good for you!
