Thank you Frito-Lay for sponsoring this post. This spring, try the new twist on seasonal snacking!
It’s nearly time to fill the Easter baskets and chocolate bunnies are running for cover! Did you know every Easter Americans buy more than 60K tons of candy animals*? Both kids and parents are tired of the same old treats. In fact, 60% want more variety than just candy for Easter**. We can save those candy animals!
Here are a few fun alternatives to fill those Easter baskets this year (This post contains affiliate links.):
Hopping Bunnies & Chicks | Easter Stamps | Silly Easter Madlibs
Easter Nesting Dolls | Little Chick Eggs | Easter Bubbles
Egg Sidewalk Chalk | Easter Egg Play Dough | An Easter Book
Even with all these great ideas, most Americans still love Easter treats. Nearly half of us want to see something sweet in the Easter basket.
Did you know seventy-one percent of parents admit to eating treats out of their children’s Easter baskets? I am totally guilty of this myself. This year the Cheetos brand is asking parents to stop eating all the candy animals and try something else — Cheetos Sweetos snacks! Sweetos snacks are a delicious option from the Cheetos brand that swaps out the Cheetos cheese flavor for cinnamon and sugar.
Last year Sweetos snacks arrived on the scene. They were hugely popular, and even now they are still the most asked about snack for the brand today. This year, for a limited time, they’re bringing them back in cute little egg shapes — perfect for Easter and for filling Easter baskets. Pick some up before they’re gone!
With your help we can save the candy animals and fill those baskets with Sweetos snacks!
Have you tried Sweetos snacks yet? What do you like to put in your kids’ Easter basket?
