How do you make Shamrock Pretzel Pops?
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted. This usually takes me about 2 minutes until they are smooth and completely melted.
To get started, add a small circle of candy melt about 2 inches from one corner of the parchment paper.
Place a lollipop stick in the center, then arrange 3 pretzels to form a shamrock shape. Repeat spaced out on the parchment paper until you have filled both baking sheets.
Freeze for 5 minutes, to set the candy.
Dip the pops into the candy melts making sure to coat the entire pretzels. Lay them on the parchment paper.
Then quickly top each one with sprinkles.
I would recommend dipping just 1 to 2 pops at a time and immediately adding sprinkles as the candy melt will harden quickly since they were just in the freezer.
