How to Make Gooey S’mores Pizza for Family or Romance

Roll out your pizza dough onto a cookie sheet for the perfect canvas. Melt the butter and brush it generously over the crust, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar for a sweet base layer.
Pop it in the oven at 400 °F and bake for 5 minutes until just starting to puff.
Meanwhile, whip together cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla into a smooth, dreamy spread.
Slather that mixture onto the partially baked crust—it’s your dessert sauce!
Sprinkle with mini marshmallows, broken Hershey bar chunks, and crushed graham crackers for that classic s’mores combo.
Return to the oven for 7–10 minutes, broiling for the final 30 seconds to 1 minute to get those marshmallows golden brown and toasty.

Let it cool just a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for maximum gooeyness!
Gluten Free S’mores Pizza:
I make a gluten free S’mores pizza for my youngest daughter who is celiac. She LOVES this pizza, and when I make, the whole family can enjoy it, too.
- Use a gluten-free pizza crust. I buy the Sweet Loren’s pizza crust in the refrigerated cookie/biscuit/pizza section. This one is hit and miss. I can usually find it at Kroger or Albertson’s.
- Just make sure the rest of the ingredients needed are gluten free. I usually never have a problem finding these ingredients gluten free.
- For the graham crackers, I purchase either Schar’s Honeygrahams or Partake Classic Grahams. Both you can find at Walmart.
Tips & Suggestions
- Turn it into a dessert pizza bar: let the kids (or date) decorate with extra toppings like strawberries, Nutella drizzle, or peanut butter chips.
- Make mini personal pizzas using biscuit dough for an interactive family treat.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for that hot/cold magic.
