A great super foods smoothie for immune support.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup of baby kale + spinach
  • 1/2 cup juice – fresh orange or unsweetened pomegranate
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Combine juice, kale, and spinach in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Then, add berries yogurt, and ice.
  4. Blend until ice is completely gone.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
