Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 (2.5 oz) pouches or 1 (5 oz) can of Bumble Bee Tuna
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 boiled egg chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 green onion entirely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 56 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in a covered dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. On one lettuce leaf add 1/2 cup of tuna salad.
  4. Wrap and enjoy.
