A deliciously easy Italian sandwich, perfect for a cold, rainy day.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of Pane Turano bread
- Priano Tomato Pesto
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella
- chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 4 slices Genoa salami
- a drizzle of Sweet Balsamic Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat toaster oven to 450 on “Toasting”.
- Whip up a quick batch of Sweet Balsamic Dressing
- Spread Priano Tomato Pesto over 2 slices of Pane Turano bread.
- Slice up a fresh mozzarella ball and lay 3 slices on one piece of bread.
- Add four pieces of salami.
- Drizzle some Sweet Balsamic over it all.
- Add the second piece of bread on top.
- Toast for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is good and melted.
- Slice in half and serve!
