Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Strips

  • 1 package of Tyson Naturals lightly breaded chicken strips
  • 1 package of Wright Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Spicy Honey Mustard

  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  2. Cover the cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Wrap each chicken tender in a slice of bacon and place on parchment paper.
  4. Mix up the brown sugar and chili powder.
  5. Gently roll each chicken tender in the brown sugar / chili powder.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the chicken over and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until bacon is done.
  7. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before serving.

Spicy Honey Mustard

  1. While the chicken is baking, combine the honey, mustard, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Serve with the chicken.
