Ingredients

- 3 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of Heath Bar Coffee Creamer (or milk or half and half)
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread or chocolate peanut butter spread.
Instructions
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the bottom of the jar.
- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of brown sugar on top of the butter.
- Heat the jar for about 15 seconds to melt butter and sugar together.
- Cube 3 pieces of sourdough bread.
- In another jar or measuring cup, beat 1 egg.
- Then, mix together coffee creamer, cinnamon, and egg.
- Fill the jar 1/3 of the way with bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter on top of the bread.
- Pour 1/3 of the coffee creamer (milk) mixture into the jar.
- Fill the jar 1/3 of the way again with bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter on top of the bread.
- Pour the next 1/3 of the coffee creamer (milk) mixture into the jar.
- Fill the jar the rest of the way with the bread.
- Then, pour the rest of the coffee creamer (milk) mixture over the jar.
- Top it with the last teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Place the jar on a microwave safe plate and heat for 1 minute.
- Wait 30 seconds then heat for an additional 1 minute.
- Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.
- Optional: Top with caramel sauce if desired.
