Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Description

An easy appetizer that combines deviled eggs and guacamole.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 boiled eggs, halved and yolks removed
  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • 3 cooked egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/4 of a red onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of paprika
  • dash of cumin
  • dash of chili powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs – one layer of eggs in a large pan with water an inch above the eggs. [br]Boil until a roiling boil is reached.
  2. Turn fire off, cover with lid and let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Pour off hot water and add ice and cold water, and let sit for a few minutes.
  4. Peel eggs, halve them, and remove yolks (save 3 yolks).
  5. In a food processor, combine avocados, KRAFT MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, three yolks, garlic, cilantro, and all spices. Pulse until creamy.
  6. Fill a ziplock bag or frosting bag and pipe swirls into eggs.
  7. Refrigerate until serving.
