Garlic & Olive Oil Red Potatoes


  • 67 large red potatoes, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbs of Star Butter Flavor Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs of minced garlic
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  1. Cut red potatoes into cubes. (Peel skins if desired)
  2. Boil potatoes until tender. Then, remove from heat and drain.
  3. Add cream cheese, Star Butter Flavor olive oil, garlic, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Using a potato masher, mash all the ingredients together until potatoes are well mashed and ingredients are all incorporated.
  5. Serve immediately.
