- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Cream together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Juice and zest the lemon. Add both to the bowl.
- Add whipping cream and beat on high until soft peaks form.
- Add pineapple juice (you can add just a tablespoon or two instead) and beat just until hard peaks form.
- Fill a bowl with the dip and surround with delicious fruits.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Refrigerate leftovers up to 1 week.
