Ingredients
Sun Dried Caprese Crackers
- Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers
- fresh mozzarella pearls
- julienned sun dried tomatoes
- basil
- balsamic glaze
Pimento Cheese Crackers
- Original Triscuit crackers
- pimento cheese
- thinly sliced celery
Salami & Muenster Crackers
- Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers
- thin slices of muenster cheese
- sliced salami
Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crackers
- Original Triscuit crackers
- frozen sliced strawberries
- whipped cream cheese
Instructions
Sun Dried Caprese Crackers
- Lay out several Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers.
- Add 3-4 fresh mozzarella pearls on top of each cracker.
- Sprinkle a dash of chopped fresh basil.
- Top the basil and cheese with julienned sun dried tomatoes.
- Drizzle each cracker with balsamic glaze.
Pimento Cheese Crackers
- Lay out several Original Triscuit crackers.
- Top each cracker with pimento cheese.
- Thinly slice celery and top the pimento cheese with a slice.
Salami & Muenster Crackers
- Lay out several Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers.
- Take big slices of muenster cheese and cut them in half.
- Fold over each muenster cheese half and top with a slice of salami
Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crackers
- Allow the frozen sliced strawberries to thaw in the fridge (or microwave if you’re short on time).
- Lay out several Original Triscuit crackers.
- Smear each cracker with whipped cream cheese.
- Using a slotted spoon, add a strawberry to each cracker (to avoid adding too much liquid).
