Description

Triscuit crackers are the perfect crackers to top with a variety of things for snacks. Check out these four easy cracker toppings.  You can make them all or just one!


Ingredients

Sun Dried Caprese Crackers

  • Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers
  • fresh mozzarella pearls
  • julienned sun dried tomatoes
  • basil
  • balsamic glaze

Pimento Cheese Crackers

  • Original Triscuit crackers
  • pimento cheese
  • thinly sliced celery

Salami & Muenster Crackers

  • Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers
  • thin slices of muenster cheese
  • sliced salami

Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crackers

  • Original Triscuit crackers
  • frozen sliced strawberries
  • whipped cream cheese

Instructions

Sun Dried Caprese Crackers

  1. Lay out several Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers.
  2. Add 3-4 fresh mozzarella pearls on top of each cracker.
  3. Sprinkle a dash of chopped fresh basil.
  4. Top the basil and cheese with julienned sun dried tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle each cracker with balsamic glaze.

Pimento Cheese Crackers

  1. Lay out several Original Triscuit crackers.
  2. Top each cracker with pimento cheese.
  3. Thinly slice celery and top the pimento cheese with a slice.

Salami & Muenster Crackers

  1. Lay out several Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers.
  2. Take big slices of muenster cheese and cut them in half.
  3. Fold over each muenster cheese half and top with a slice of salami

Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crackers

  1. Allow the frozen sliced strawberries to thaw in the fridge (or microwave if you’re short on time).
  2. Lay out several Original Triscuit crackers.
  3. Smear each cracker with whipped cream cheese.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, add a strawberry to each cracker (to avoid adding too much liquid).
