A delicious homemade vinaigrette dressing made with blood oranges.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 4 tablespoons pomegranate red wine vinegar (or plain red wine vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
- Shake vigorously until well combined.
- Pour onto salad and enjoy.
