Ingredients

- 2 slices sourdough bread (or any kind of bread)
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, sliced thinly
Instructions
- Place cheese on toast.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until toast is crispy on the edges.
- Add slices of avocado as soon as it comes out of the oven.
- Serve immediately
