Back Country BBQ Sauce
- 16 oz. Heinz ketchup
- 1 tsp French’s mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated (powdered) garlic
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tbs liquid smoke
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 can Dr Pepper TEN
Kickin Chicken Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbs ketchup
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
BBQ Directions
- Combine ingredients in saucepan.
- While stirring constantly, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat. Simmer 15-20 minutes on low.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
Kickin Chicken Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to a glass jar and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
