Chicken Dipping Sauces

Ingredients

Back Country BBQ Sauce

  • 16 oz. Heinz ketchup
  • 1 tsp French’s mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated (powdered) garlic
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tbs liquid smoke
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 can Dr Pepper TEN

Kickin Chicken Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbs ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

BBQ Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan.
  2. While stirring constantly, bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat. Simmer 15-20 minutes on low.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers.

Kickin Chicken Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a glass jar and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve cold.
