- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pint cookies & cream ice cream, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
- Spray mini bundt pans.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water, and melted ice cream.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Fill each mini bundt about 2/3 full of cake batter.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before adding a dollop of your favorite cream cheese frosting.
