Description

An easy and FAST cinnamon roll recipe using puff pastry.

Instructions

Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Defrost the puff pastry overnight in the fridge.
  2. Preheat oven to 375. Place a cookie sheet underneath the rack to avoid spillage.
  3. Mix together I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Lay out one puff pastry.
  5. Smear the sugar mixture all over the puff pastry.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts (skip this step if you’d like).
  7. Then tightly roll it up.
  8. Slice each roll about 1 1/2 to 2 inches (I get 6 rolls from 1 puff pastry).
  9. Place in a muffin tin.
  10. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Beat together spread, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Slather on the top of each cinnamon roll while still a bit hot.
  3. Serve!
