Healthy Peanut Butter Milkshake

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream (or almond or cashew milk)
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: whipped cream and mini chocolate chips for topping)


  1. Peel the bananas before putting them in the freezer. Freeze for about 2 hours.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
